In astrology, Venus (Shukra) is the Significator of Spouse (Kalatra Karaka) and the significator of pleasures. He signifies love, marriage, vehicles, luxuries, arts, and reproductive fluids. If Jupiter provides knowledge, Venus teaches how to enjoy life with that knowledge. As a natural benefic, Venus becomes a magnificent Yogakaraka for certain Ascendants.
