2. Sudden Wealth & Inheritance	Unearned Wealth: Money acquired without labor. Examples: Inheritance, insurance, provident funds, lottery, and alimony. Partner's Wealth: The financial status of the spouse.
3. Obstacles & Accidents	Hazards: Accidents, falls, fear of poison, conspiracies, and being cheated. Slanders: Mental agony, insults (Parabhava), blame, crimes, imprisonment, and threats to marital thread (in a woman's chart).
4. Research & Occult Sciences	Research: Deep analysis, scientific research, and detective work. Occult: Astrology, mantra-tantra, yoga practice, and the path to Moksha.

Matters related to other relatives can be calculated via the Eighth House as follows:

Spouse's Wealth: The 7th house is the spouse. The 2nd (Wealth) from it is the 8th house ($7+2-1 = 8$). This is why dowry or mother-in-law's property is seen here.
Father's Moksha/Losses: The 9th house is the father. The 12th (Moksha/Loss) from it is the 8th house ($9+12-1 = 8$). It indicates the father's final days or losses.
Wealth of the Third Sibling: The 7th house represents the 3rd sibling. The 2nd from it (8th house) reveals their assets.
Job of Friends: The 11th house is friends. The 10th (Profession) from it is the 8th house ($11+10-1 = 8$). It signifies the reputation and status of friends.
