1. Mars (Mars/Kuja) - "Bhratru Karaka"

Nature: Cruel (Krura) planet, Fire element. Mars signifies courage, land, and younger siblings.

Body Blood, bone marrow, muscles, head, face, left ear, bile (Pitta), and surgeries or injuries.

2. Mercury (Mercury/Budha) - "Vidya Karaka"

Nature: Benefic (malefic if conjunct with a malefic), Earth element. Mercury signifies intelligence, business, and speech.

Personal Intelligence, communication skills, memory, humor, diplomacy, analysis, and writing.
Body Nervous system, skin, tongue, throat, lungs, forearm, and intestines.
Society & Career Maternal uncle, friends, business, astrology, mathematics, accounts, lawyers, teachers, and media.
Objects & Other Emeralds, green color, green gram, books, devotion to Lord Vishnu, North direction, gardens, and sports.
Health Rule: While Mars rules the blood (Hemoglobin), Mercury rules the nerves and the skin. If either of these planets is afflicted, the corresponding health issues arise.
