|| Aditya Hridaya Stotram ||
The Aditya Hridaya Stotram is a sacred hymn found in the Ramayana. It was imparted to Lord Rama by the great Sage Agastya when Rama was exhausted and contemplative on the battlefield of Lanka. This stotra serves as a reminder of the infinite energy of the Sun and the power of the soul to overcome any external adversary.
In Vedic Astrology, the Sun (Surya) represents the **Atma** (soul), willpower, and physical health. Reciting this stotra daily—especially during challenging times, interviews, or legal battles—helps align your personal energy with the invincible power of the Sun. For the best results, it is traditionally chanted three times a day: at sunrise, noon, and sunset.
